Speaking of lawsuits being a bluff and Yazbeck asking for a case to be dismissed..

Back in July 2015 (looks like Yazie/MYDX/CDx likes to file lawsuits in July)

ANYWAY... he brought a case against a couple of companies and guys....

Yazie/Mydx asked for DEFAULT JUDGMENT against one guy... It was DENIED..... poor Yazie..

Then, after the complaint was answered by the defendants..

Guess who requested a DISMISSAL of the lawsuit and guess when!

In DECEMBER 2015!

And yes.... Yazie/Mydx/Cdx asked for the case to be dismissed.

Not sure but I think I see a pattern...

PLUS Yazie backs out after the people fight back. Sadly the defendants didn't file a cross complaint so the case was over

The good news about the Peatross case is that she has a cross-complaint...

Yazbeck/Mydx is TRAPPED until she dismisses... SURE HOPE SHE DOESN'T.
