I can tell you (from personal observations of two tanks running on the one large EC) that the water is remarkably clear and you can easily see to the bottom of the tank.

All the happy, healthy shrimp are swimming around waiting for their next feeding time.

It’s really pretty remarkable to me. I’ve had saltwater aquariums all my life and these EC’s really work some magic! I even asked Peter if he could build me a small one to run a 150 gallon saltwater aquarium. He politely said, “negative Ghostrider, the pattern is full!”
