A ticker change question. FINRA approves them, calling it a corporate action. The issue concerns how long it takes for an application to be approved and posted on the Daily List.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
