The T-Trades are executed during normal trading hours, that' correct. But those trade are not posted until after hours. So the trading desk is technically correct, albeit not providing a complete explanation.

If what you wrote is correct and coming from the company, it's really an admission of incompetence by Linda. A well thought out funding plan would have included advice from both NWBO's outside counsel and guidance from Nasdaq's own office of general counsel. The fact that the funding was so ad hoc and unprofessional is what took them down this road.

The second part about the decision to leave also appears questionable. There are a lot of strings that need pulling to fully understand their options - I also suspect that the capital raises at the end of 2017 were already in the back of their minds, and something that Nasdaq would never have agree with. But at the end of the day, these were all decisions that were made by LP and the Board. Really hard to escape accountability, in my humble view.

Typically, those are not grouped together. I also believe that the company was assured by the lending houses[color=red][/color] that the separate fundings from various sources would not be considered as aggregate
