This stock probably won't IPO for years.

Why would you want to buy stock in this company when it is so closed to informing shareholders of any developments ?

If you pay attention to the battery industry there are many companies in the final stages of Lithium Metal Battery developments. There will be a considerable amount of competition.

The people who remained in this stock after the price manipulation of 2017 and 2018 ( to extremey low values ) are not likely to sell until they know what they have in actual value.

Amobi Capital had this at $450 Million dollars of valuation. That is a good indicator of what XNRGI considered themselves.

If you even want people to consider selling, you are going have to spit out an extremely high value per share on your offer.
