Which is the puzzling part, many have been here and continue making excuses. There are no excuses only reasons, Management is the biggest. I said two years ago we needed change and the Market won’t respond until they see it. All that had to be done then and now is for AW to step aside giving FULL operational power to another and not KW someone else. I was told that was a problem and would cost money, well my answer to that is how much has not doing it cost us over two years? Then the excuse was we need to get someone with expertise which would cost money, again the money thing. We could have named anyone as long as it was a change.. I received a lot of heat for my views back then, and now calls for a insurgency are growing from those who blasted me.. AW could still be the Hero instead of Nero. JMHO Have a great weekend
