It appears that it was an attempted power grab by Genesis but on the other hand Holmes made a couple of statements that prompted a "Huh?" from my logical objective brain.
It appears that Hive has a strategy and a plan so I agree that once a resolution is found (probably involving a large quantity of money) Hive, and shareholders, should benefit.
