Good chance of OTCMarkets "Yield Sign" on Monday

Since BIEL didn't file its 1st quarter report on May 15 and didn't bother to submit a Notification of Late Filing on May 16, which would have provided a 5-day extension, it's likely that on Monday, OTCMarkets will change BIEL's reporting status from Pink Current to Pink Limited Information, and a Yield Sign will appear on the company's profile page:
