AMFE is going to spin off, pretty much everything not Snakes. Everything else will eventually spin off guaranteed. Snakes as a sub, is NASDAQ bound long run. To do that, it will need to be its own entity. Big Boards wouldn't take to it mixed with other things. So that is why things are starting to get spun off. Maybe they do it all now, maybe they do it in more than one step, but long term Snakes will be its own.

Regardless, that is a few years+ away. At this juncture, the entirety of the company is making a lot of revenues and continues to increase. I'm sure FY19 is closer to $20 M than not.

From this point, shareholders will benefit from these spin off and more in the long, regardless which goes first or second or third.

Another weekend, another six figures of revenue coming in.
