You must know that those examples are ridiculous in the extreme.

Sunset isn't a "$1Billion (yes B) NYSE chemical company".
Sunset isn't a "$100 Billion year in revenue (yes $100B) foreign corp co-listed on the NYSE" or a NASDAQ CO acquired in a $5 Billion transaction.

The fact that "Their companies were, nor are "SCAMS" " has absolutely no bearing on whether Sunnset is or isn't a scam.

We won't know whether it is or not until they comply with the securities laws that they have been ignoring for a long, long time for a reason that you intimated you know but chose not to share. We don't know that they aren't because you saw some nice ladies running a cannabis operation in a building at 20420 Spence Rd.
