Shajandr, my Boeing was a dividend. Got it as a spinoff from Rockwell International before that company split into Rockwell Automation and Rockwell Collins in 2001. I have several other Rockwell spinoffs including Skyworks Solutions [SWKS}, a major Apple supplier.

As I often say, great things happen to (patient) shareholders in great businesses... like Rockwell and Boeing. "
