Anyone can call Patel. He and I spoke a couple of days ago. He seems very competent, has a great plan, and has the resources to execute this first phase. The company has a couple of properties lined up, controls 4 licenses, and is in the middle of bringing in outside money. This one is a safe bet, IMO.
