Many thanks for posting that. I doubt many people would have stumbled upon it at the FINRA site. It wasn't all that easy to find. Coulson ought to have posted a link.

So. It only took FINRA TEN YEARS to do that. As soon as they began publishing the reports, people began asking for an explanation. While they were happy to offer one if you called them, they were unresponsive to requests for them to post a clarification at their website.

lol, I wonder how OTCshortreports will respond. And Tom Ronk's site. Probably they won't bother. Their fans are unlikely to believe anything FINRA says.
