The key to dealing with the capital structure is profits... if CTKH earns enough profits it will not need to go to dilute and it probably will do something to either reduce the capital structure or there will be some merger... By the time it is making 10 MM in sales it should be kicking off free cash flow of at least 2 MM or more to deal with the capital structure, some part of which can be thrown at the excess shares problem... moreover, I believe there are several billion in the hands of an insider which can be repurchased for some figure without a bidding war in the open market, and one day we may see those bought back...
