I'm wondering - is the cone of silence being used to suppress the well data due to the lingering uncertainty of the financial obligations of TXSO?

it's not the $$ of the tab due from them

it would be about the future value of the production split that hangs in limbo

If TXSO was "in the loop", which they are not as long as there is unpaid obligation then the decision to make that payment due is unfairly (according to contract) influenced by the imbalance of stake paid by the partners (including in part, GSPE shareholders)

anyone catching my drift on this?

big incentive to keep a lid on info till that debt/percentage is settled

the entity who buys that split might have the option to buy it under a different level of uncertainty of outcome

edit - I also think this story is far from over, the fat lady isn't warming up yet

and I sure hope the next news has "jackup contract" in it
