 Basically, loads of debt and uncertain how and if they will get financing for future operations. This all sounded very bleak to me... is there any positive information we can linger onto?


"If the Company is not successful in obtaining financing, operations would need to be curtailed or ceased. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that might result from the outcome of this uncertainty....We will need to raise additional funds to cover expenditures planned after May 2019, as well as any additional, unexpected expenditures that we may encounter. Future equity financings may be dilutive to our stockholders."
