Clearly some of us already knew invictus was not even close to meeting NASDAQ requirements. It was pretty obvious when the RS never happened and absolute lack of communication. Doubt they even applied. All of those nice forward looking statements protecting them. Hard copy mail out indicating NYSE as their next uplisting blunder.

Keep up the good work invictus and roll over management until you find the right fit or have someone else to pass this mess to. At least they are consistent...

Let's see what happens with the German deal.
