You read the PR as giving false hope to shareholders? I read the letter as being an honest assessment of a dire situation that is unlikely impossible to overcome.

I know you’re more experienced in dealing with fraud and abuse so can you point me to a few examples where new management comes into a company and very early on reports to shareholders that everyone has been defrauded and filed to have the shares delisted because they don’t want to be liable for continued fraud? I just don’t think what you’re wanting from Greg is ever done at any company. Everyone knows there has been abuse by former management teams - Greg even admitted it in the PR. He is more of a victim than anyone on this board since he’s hundreds of thousands in the red.
