Schreiber isn't dumping shares, he settled on his 53M - the company settled with him - from what I understand a Board member wrote the 1st note on the settlement. There is commitment to completing the money transaction asap... IMHO
As MKND said think about it, why give Schreiber
.01/share when they could have simply allowed him to dump his 53m into the market for .001 ?
Unless I really don't understand the settlement GLTA
