Something changed a year or so ago, causing NGL to embark on a path destined to magically strengthen resolve involving the balance sheet and this, in turn, paved the way for better relations with creditors. I don't know what induced the whack-in-the-face changes but something had to have ushered in the abrupt turn-around in style and force.

Perhaps we will know more about this, in time. I hope so.
