Subsequent event in reporting per my review. Accrued Severance.

Legal Contingencies



During October 2018, the Company received a notice of intent to sue from a former employee. The Claims raised in the notice included accusations of pay discrimination, employment misclassification, and unfair labor practices. In April 2019, the Company reached a confidential settlement of the matter in the amount of $250. The Company has accrued this amount as of March 31, 2019, as a component of general and administrative expenses.
