Thinking about buying 5,000 Warrants. Can anyone explain the below quote to me. Just want to verify that the exercise price of 3.44 won't change during it's 5 year validity..(What is customary adjustment?) ie r/s or f/s?TIA

"The warrants will have an initial per share exercise price of $3.443, subject to customary adjustment, are exercisable immediately and will expire five years (5) from the date of issuance"
