I think you've hit on what I consider to be the most curious. If there was intel that convinced Delek to exercise warrants and purchase the additional 5% upon phase completion. I say go get it! If on the other hand there are insurmountable obstacles, exercise the clause in the agreement and declare Corvette part of phase 1. There is also questions re. phase completion, base definition is " reaching TD" then there is vague language for some wiggle room. Question is did we reach TD or not? If not how did Delek exercise right to acquire additional 5%? If we did then what is the definitive outcome? As you say LOT of questions, I'm guessing that was by design, the PR goes along way to say nothing new.
