Flyer... SPCL has merely been an OTC Stealthy / Tainted Delivery System in order to invest in the Global Delivery System. Nothing more nothing less.

SPCL / Solaris IP on the other hand... I feel was shelved until the appropriate point in time for a reveal. Bigger fish to Fry so to speak.
