By my current count this stock has gone from about 140 Mil shares to 9.9 Billion shares on a pre split basis since Ponder/Hayter/Sands take over.

It took 10 years for OS to get to 140 Mil shares under the founder's operation, Larry Kristof.

Now they want to turn that into 9.9 Trillion shares by printing a billion shares post split to cook the books?

Then they want to do another massive 300X R/S so they can do it again?

This does not include the 100s of trillions of pre split shares this same scam printed as Genesis and as ICLD under the loving care of Sands?

How can any one trust a firm that refuses to deal with debt holders and paper share holders from prior loans and help the prior ticker paper share holders liquidate their shares the last 3 years???
