Respectfully, a partnership w the SA govt has existed for years. At Plandai. This is public knowledge. I speculated out loud here about an MJ partnership a good while ago. Im sure the SA govt is looking to get SOMETHING for all the $ spent at Sandeeko. I'm hardly visionary. Im trying to be positive for a change. I sense that ACTION is finally about to happen!!
