Deepthinkin. I agree with your supposition whole heartedly and I know why you get the name deepthinkin. This is exactly my thoughts as well. If our theory is correct the SA govt would need everyone on one accord. Negotiating and questioning on many levels would take place before License would be made public. And I agree that “verbally” TXTM likely has some knowledge or understanding of there approval status, but probably must wait for the nature of this possible governmental partnership to be adjudicated. Governmental adjudication is a lengthy process. This is all theory, but for me, since there has not been a rejection it is the only plausible answer for such a wait time. Go TXTM!!
