IMHO the SA govt has verbally granted, conditionally, the 3rd or 4th license, a license with language that goes further towards producing medicinal product than the first two licenses. You insinuated in a previous post that the current 'delay' in physically rewarding us a license is due to PLPL/TXTM and the SA govt pursuing a business partnership (in the development of a pharmaceutical-grade cannabis and/or cbd product, Im guessing.) Several notions in such a supposition work together. For instance, the govt will decide what product is legal in SA. (BTW: I like TXTM partly because if they can produce a thc pharmaceutical that is not psychoactive it could solve an elephant-in-the-room problem that everyone in the industry currently avoids discussing, since there is as of yet no solution, that of patients who are prescribed thc medicine and drive, or work around machinery, etc.)
Further, SA govt and TXTM would prefer some exclusivity for any product they co-produce, and SA wants a co with beneficial IP to assist in this ambition. Etc. Lending to my speculation is that such a development could explain the current time gap between the first 2 licenses granted and the next one to be granted.
Thoughts?

Wayyyyyyyyy too slow TXTM.
Way. Drink coffee.
