CBAY you say? A NO brainer, low OS and getting lower, shorted practically into oblivion, yet dem fundamentals keep rearing their head. Combine that with a strengthening chart (a close above the 10 SMA TODAY?), for starters, and you have the makings of yet another monster run. Strap in kiddies..........
