Penny, BIEL doesn't have to mass market initially in order to get the word out on Actipatch. They could target market, which could be segmented and regional. Thus, they could start with a limited campaign and grow the scope of their marketing footprint as funds are generated. IMO, BIEL could do this with Whelan pocket change, so to speak. For, as I understanding it, there is at least one family member who is a multi millionaire.
