100% fantasy is correct, as Energy Supreme and Steve Adelstein according to public Broward County State court records, waved 100% of that interest and judgement in a later settlement of the Federal Judgement and the still ongoing State case he and Joe and Absorbezz LLC and Energy Supreme were being countered sued in, and settled on, thus eating his own legal fees, loosing all past and future interest on the loan, waiving all further claims against IFUS and IFUS/SE and the CEO, and settled for peanut loan payments for 10-20 years, and they gagged the settlement to hide the truth. He could have saved a 1/2 million dollars or more in legal costs and saved 6 years of time, and done the same thing in July 2013 if he had not rushed to sue for loan default in state court 6 days after the first loan payment was due (5 week days).

It is all now in the public court records. Even the ones that were previously hidden by court order under the original terms of the settlement, when Energy Supreme revealed the terms of the settlement last year.

The state law suit settlement was after the federal CONDITIONAL judgement, and it set aside the federal judgement.

Why would some one (not IFUS) give up a huge federal judgement and settle with IFUS, settle for a 10-20 year interest free loan to IFUS, eat 1/2 million dollars (apx) in legal costs (twice the amount of the loan), eat 3-4 years of losses, clone a technology and clone a patent for that technology that some continue to try to claim was a scam, and allow public statements in a state court deposition to stand accusing the holy one of violating fiduciary duties as a director of IFUS/SE?

And now all he has is worthless judgement to show for it???

Genius, sheer genius, IMHO. Hubris has a price it seems?

Stayed tuned folks, this is just the tip of the ice burg it seems.
