Okay, then by that metric, those who lied about the MYDX Pen coming out on July 18, 2018 and October 17, 2018 at 12:01 a.m. EDT are equally culpable.

MYDX SP on July 18, 2018 close was .0037.
MYDX SP on October 17, 2018 close was .0022

Since the MYDX SP dropped 65% and a further 41% respectively, those who lied about the pen being released on those days are just as responsible.
