I dont think the share price will see much dramatic effects anymore while in greys. Too much effort in the brokers side to keep the price stagnant and people are slowly accumulating but shares are drying up at this level. Nobody seems willing to move their substantial bids up yet because its still a grey market ticket and as i said brokers seem unwilling to let the price move naturally. Its just another win in our book of endless victories. Nonetheless this was an expected outcome with their whining and crying to the supreme court.

The argument they broufht to the supreme court was weak as hell. They were crying about having a real interest here and suffering damages because they funded a couple tens of thousands of dollars to get their IPRs in. This outcome was expected but nonetheless closes the casket on 1 of 2 last wish hopes for the 13. The nail in the coffin so to say. All thats left is the Cisco appeal who is the final straw where its determined if the defendant will pay up a billion or 3 billion or more.
