There is plenty of public record in all sorts of places to help paint the picture of the IFUS saga. One is the IFUS CEO deposition, 157 pages of it, in the public court records, that has never been to my knowledge been posted here yet? It's all in the public record! I can't even make this up!!!! It was e-filed in the Broward county state court on March 24th, 2016.

Here is a sample. I will post more as I get time. I can't post 157 pages all at once. This was Energy Supreme's Attorney Q&A with the IFUS CEO Marc Walther.
-------------------------------------------------------------
"Q. Would you agree with me that you violated the terms
and conditions of that agreement by terminating
Mr. Adelstein's position on the board?

A. No. I would state that Adelstein violated his fiduciary duty and deserved to be let go.

Q. Do you agree with me that the terms and conditions of the bridge loan agreement do not allow you that ability?

A. No, I don't agree. I agree that he violated his fiduciary duty.

Q. We're going to get into that.

A. They kept me from making payments. I couldn't make payments. I went into it, but I couldn't make payments based on his conduct.

Q. Would you agree with me that you violated the terms and conditions of that agreement by terminating Mr. Adelstein's position on the board?

A. No. I would state that Adelstein violated his fiduciary duty and deserved to be let go.

Q. Do you agree with me that the terms and conditions of the bridge loan agreement do not allow you that ability?

A. No, I don't agree. I agree that he violated his ....

Q. The second is that at that time you became aware of
the fact that Mr. Adelstein's true motive was wanting to
be involved in SE to usurp the company's proprietary information and create a competing company; is that correct
?

6 A. At that time it was just we couldn't make the payment. I didn't really know why the customers weren't
calling us back. I mean, I wasn't even getting a phone call back to people that I talked to on a daily basis and it was later on I started hearing what I suspected and that he was
he and Joe Scivoletto were making contact with them

and Steve admitted that in his federal affidavit, that they went to see our customers, our biggest customers.

14 Q. Just so we're clear here and we won't be nebulous, tell me which customers it is that Mr. Adelstein is supposed to have visited?

17 A. Well, outside of our manufacturer --
18 Q. Who is your manufacturer?
19 A. Thor, the same one that they have.
20 Q. When did he allegedly go visit Thor?
21 A. I forgot the date.
22 Q. Was it before the default on the note or after?
23 A. I don't know for sure.
24 Q. Who else did he visit?

25 A. They went right from there, according to Steve, to one of our -- at that time it was going to be a huge customer for us and they were buying on a weekly basis and their truckloads were getting bigger and it was a major test. And now -- that guy not only didn't pay me in the one week time that he thought, he took three and a half months. I was already back in Detroit.

7 Q. Who was that?
8 A. Jason Beyer, Livestock Solutions, which is their biggest distributor. That's the end of that.
10 Q. Do you know when that occurred?

11 A. Right around that same time. I don't know the exact conversations he was having. Sometimes what happens -- what you end up seeing is the results. Then he admitted to going there, just like I had heard, along with other people.

15 Q. You heard in what way, you mean through a deposition?
17 A. I heard through customers.

18 Q. What other customers? You mentioned a manufacturer and you mentioned Jason Beyer, Livestock Solutions. Who else?

20 A. Bobby Grumbles. We had to sue Bobby Grumbles in small claims court for Money because they were telling him,"Don't pay."

23 Q. Let's don't be nebulous. Who was telling him not to pay?

25 A. Well, it was always Joe. Steve never does stuff by himself. He has somebody else do it and it keeps him one space away so it's not him.

Q. Let's be clear here. When you said, "They visited Thor Manufacturer," who visited Thor Manufacturer?

A. According to Steve, him and Joe.

Q. "They visited Jason Beyer," who is "they"?

A. According to Steve, Steve and Joe.

Q. Bobby Grumbles was just Joe?

A. Joe wrote a letter to the judge saying that our product was no good and that we -- something about me taking money and substituting product, and the judge threw it out.

Q. Joe wrote a letter to the judge?

A. Oh, yeah.

Q. What judge are you talking about?

A. The judge in Muleshoe, Texas that we were suing Bobby Grumbles for payment.

Q. When you say "a letter," you mean an affidavit or something like that?

A. He sent a letter. She wouldn't let me look at it. She said, "Do you know Joe Scivoletto?"

I said, "Yeah. He used to be a member of our company that we let go for cause."
Q. Was there an issue with Bobby Grumbles or an alleged issue regarding mold in his product?

A. That's what he said, but then he turned around and said that he had sold the product. You can't have mold in our product because Nutri-Mastic stops mold and bacteria.

3 Q. Do you know when that allegedly occurred, this alleged meeting with Joe?

5 A. You have to be more specific.

6 Q. I don't know how much more specific I can be. When did the meeting occur?

8 A. With who?

9 Q. With Bobby Grumbles.

10 A. That's what I was asking you.

11 Q. Yes.

12 A. The meeting, though -- all I know is the result and that's the letter.

14 Q. The reason I'm asking you the question, sir, is you're making -- you're stating under oath in that affidavit you have in front of you there, Exhibit 6, you're stating at or about this time, in June of 2013, when the payment was due, that Energy Supreme was contacting your customers.

19 A. Yes
.
