Given the top 100 median, and the enrollment curve, I would guess the number of deaths in that population is more like 25%, which would put the known alive at SNO at 63.

The patients known alive at SNO Nov. 2018 are patients who lived to 36 months and beyond.(87 patients at risk at 36 months on the OS curve Nov.2018).
There are NO patients KNOWN ALIVE between 0 and 36 months at SNO Nov. 2018.

At the time of the analysis March 2017, 182 patients were more than 36 months past surgery and 44 lived to 36 months and beyond.( first group of 44 patients)

At the time of Linda Liau presentation Nov.2018, 149 patients had their surgery between March 2014 and August 2015 and 43 lived to 36 months and beyond. (second group of 43 patients)

Ex, you say 63 KNOWN ALIVE at SNO Nov. 2018!

Do you mean 30 of the first group of 44 patients and 33 of the second group of 43 patients are known alive at the time of Linda Liau SNO presentation Nov.2018 = 63 patients?

Or do you mean 28 of the first group of 44 patients and 35 of the second group of 43 patients are known alive at the time of Linda Liau SNO presentation Nov.2018 = 63 patients?

That means 28 patients of 44 patients alive between 55 months and 11 years!!! That number of 28 is higher than what the last Kaplan-Meier method predicts!

Or do you mean 26 of the first group of 44 patients and 37 of the second group of 43 patients are known alive at the time of Linda Liau SNO presentation Nov.2018= 63 patients?

That means that 37 of 43 patients are known alive between 38 months and 55 months!!! Not bad!

Or do you mean that 39 of that second group of 43 patients are known alive ........No, i don't think you mean that.

What do you mean Ex?
