Excellent observation ecomike! I am sure the deal was worked out so Icld would benefit as opposed to receiving a cash payment that has no way to grow from sgsi. IMO some type of plan is in the works. The companies didn’t want to publicize it for some reason until all the pieces are in place. As I mentioned before, if a change in sentiment occurs for sgs* both will move higher! it’s possible. Sgs* reduced or restructured their debt and if their 10q has any surprises boom. It should come out soon.

Icld has been stable at .0006 for 6 months now. Let’s see how it goes!
