This could blow up to crazy prices now, even a dime.

Debt does not appreciate in value, shares do, and ICLD now owns 10 times its market cap in SGSI shares with them priced at all time SGSI lows, down 95% for BS reasons. ICLD et all will do nothing to hurt the SGSI stock price now.
