IFUS is obviously worth millions, why else would someone blow a 1/2 million dollars and 6 years trying to force a takeover of the company, and why else would the founder refuse to give it up?

And why else would the ex directors spend a fortune, another million(?) trying to create an obvious looking clone of IFUS and try to hide it form IFUS?
