Uber, what a f' up of an IPO. Who the f' sells 18 million shares on the open? Didn't the underwriters force a lock-up agreement? Unless the seller was an underwriter selling against the box while shorting the stock. You know they get an over allotment and warrants/options. I have not seen the S-1 and the underwriter agreement. Nor do I care. But sheesh, egg on your face. But it could be a poop and scoop.
