Vastech's patents were removed from Vastech on the 15 of October 2018 and sold for $100 to an Australian entity called Intellitech PTY Ltd.

Have a look at the players- they are all the same. MacGregor, Hall and Gill. All of these deals are internal and insiders dealing. What the objective is - is unclear to me. They are probably trying to screw the other Vastech shareholders.

LDSI owns NO PATENTS I searched the USPTO web site and only came up with the ownership of Intellitech. NOT LDSI

Isn't this funny that an American company only has Australian players.(besides MacGregor)
