Actually, these posts about Mr Macgregor’s address, and how the complaint was served, are not very relevant to the investors. The actual merits of the lawsuit, and his defense, are the real news. And of course those facts will take some time to develope. What is important at this time is compliance. This issue of LDSI’s ownership of the Vastech patents must be resolved. If Vastech is merging with LDSI, all of the necessary documentation needs to be filed. We need accountability, and reporting issues resolved. We have new management listed on the website that recently came online, but no reporting of stock ownership. Before the company can seek funding, or strategic partnerships, all issues of compliance, and reporting must be resolved.
