3. Yearly earnings guidance unchanged
4. Unknown parties made a significant off-market transaction, at a discount to Wednesday's market price. No dilution, though.
5. Company featured on the Today show broadcast to 100,000's of moms/grandmas/heads of household with money to spend

Yes, the company did not do a share cash raise at a significant discount. BUT THAT IS WHAT IT APPEARED TO BE AT FIRST. Artificially beaten down. Yes, there were many who chose to CASH IN just like the original investors, company management did.
