Well, the FDA has to come through by tomorrow. If if doesn't, then the approval probably won't happen. As I recall, the FDA pulled this same tactic during the previous clearance request. Thus, they waited a week, or two before the approval target date and asked for additional info. Of course, shortly thereafter, they delivered the bombshell... the Approval Rejection! If they don't declare approve tomorrow, or Monday thereabouts, then you can reasonably stick a fork in the current approval request, IMO.
