Oz, trying to parse Judge Kol's decision is task to monumental! The appeal is forecoming!

As to aapl, et al infringement: During the PTAB trials, aapl's "genius" expert admitted infringement! Question asked my times: If there is nothing to the VPLM case, why did aapl go the PTAB route, rather than going straight to court????
