Two questions looking for a reasonable answer.
First, what were the reasons for Judge Kol to turn down our claims on this case? I'm curious about how her reasoning works.
Second, VPLM is sure that the infringers are using our code in their software. If these infringers software is top secret, how does VPLM know that our exact code is embedded in their code? I don't think that we just infer that they have infringed, but that we know for sure.
