For those who are not familiar with S1 's . I did some simple math . If ABCO sells 100M of stock @ 0.02 after fees call it net 1.8M . OS shares are now 160M . The balance sheet now shows 1.8M on deposit . Assuming sales in fiscal 2019 are 6M . The stock still commands a price of 0.05 bare minimum with a MKT cap of 8M . Still pathetically inexpensive with a price to sales ratio of 1.5X on 2019 sales. Rough estimates . BTW companies never sell all the stock posted on the first page of the prospectus as an fyi
