I dont see how it would be possible. To move to Wyoming you either file continuance or domestication. Domestication requires cert of good standing from NV. Continuance doesnt, however, it does require certification of dissolution from NV. To get that the co would have to complete an affidavit of non operation since 2016. I dont know how that can be done without fibbing.
