this part of PR is very misleading & hype

Regen BioPharma, Inc. merger will be executed as soon as we regain our QB status with the OTC Markets. Earlier this week Corporate submitted all necessary forms with the OTC Markets.

VERY misleading as I was just off the phone w/ OTC Markets...sending in an application has NOT a damn thing to do w/ it as RGBP would have to have a closing bid price of 01 for 30 consecutive days prior to even having their application reviewed & then there is also the application fee must also be submitted
