The hard close will occur and the share price will jump and future dilution will occur but only the greedy will be hurt by said dilution IMHO.

All those at .0002 or better will sell into the run IMHO

What I love about this run / ride is that uncertainty ........

Its called gambling and I love it..........

Why would Cigawatt agree to take on convertible debt ?


My bet is they wont.............
