I’m much better versed in understanding a business’ fundamentals. This third world of OTC stocks is definitely beyond me, especially the trading aspects.

Was yesterday a dilution day? It seems to me that 110m+ shares trading and PPS remained FLAT the whole day, there had to have been some manipulation.

Furthermore, what exactly is that bid sitting around for .0001 @2B shares? Is that some fake prop bid? Looking at the trading and news cycle, there has got to be some major manipulation going on here.
